"You can tell the host has done this before. Before our arrival, we had all information in hand once we got there. We didn't need to ask for anything - there were extra towels, everything clean, supplies were provided.Great experience. As for the location, it is super convenient as a couple of eating places are a short walk away, the surf shop's downstairs if you want to browse, and the harbor is across the street. Plenty of parking. This is a multi unit rental, and we don't think there were any...

"What a wonderful house! We all loved staying here, so much space for the kids to play. They loved the air hockey and the cool tree outside. "Loved the home away from home. You could choose to walk to the beach but we ended up driving to have our ice chest and beach gear. Plenty of items were provided to help our family have an excellent stay. We had breakfast and dinners with the full kitchen. Even used the propane grill that was provided with the grill tools. Used the laundry to help with the beach clothes and towels Will stay again!"

"The cabin is very private with incredible outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the Smith River. The cabin is clean, bed is comfy, and amenities are everything you could need. The outdoor space is very pet friendly but dogs should be leashed not fenced. Our Golden had a great time swimming. The private beach is amazing with pristine waters. This is our second stay."

"This house is so cute & cozy! It was one of those properties where you feel like you're staying at a friend's or family member's home; comfortable.....not stuffy or stressful with too many fragile knickknacks & strict rules! We loved the back porch for dinner and the hanging swings for reading & coffee. The place is well stocked so you don't have to run out for every little thing. My daughters loved the provided cookies & q-tips, haha! Very comfy beds with soft sheets. "

"Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. Even my barely mobile 84 year-old mother-in-law could get down to the beach to watch us kayak and swim. My only tiny complaint is that the knives in the kitchen were almost too dull to use,...
