"Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable. It was stormy during our stay, so the view wasn't perfect. But sitting on the porch, deeply inhaling the forest scent while having coffee, was the most relaxing experience one could ask for! "The property has a fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach where you can walk and walk in either direction. The property was clean and comfortable with two great decks. As other reviewers have noted, the decor is dated. That didn't bother me because I've never stayed in a beach house that seemed up-to-date and I think the price reflects it. My only complaint is that it's a little beat up inside and out. Nothing that ruined my stay, but worth noting. I would gladly stay there again."

"Everything was just as the pictures. A regular chair would have made watching football on tv a lil better, the bed to sit on was ok. Very clean! Had shampoo/cond/body wash in the shower already. & even had qtips & round puffs to wash your face. I didnt use the laundry room but it was nice & clean. "

"Would probably have rated the hotel 4 overall due to the site at the beach, but our stay was negatively influenced by a lot of noice from the room above. The person staying there walked during the night and our ceiling was creaking and cracking so it was difficult to sleep. Also people walked right in front of our window giving us no privacy (stayed in room 109)"
