"The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"We loved the house. It's an old property, but very comfortable. It was a lot of house for two people, but it was one of those things. Who did we want to spend a week with. Turned out to be no one. And that was just fine. I have been under a lot of stress since December and this was exactly what I needed. It take a bit to figure out the switches and thermostats, etc. But its just a cool comfortable house. I want to go back next year."

"My husband and I stayed with our two dogs and regretted not staying two weeks! The home was very cozy. We stayed in the king bedroom and the bed was so comfortable (this is always important to us because my husband has back issues). The weather was in the low 60s the first few days but we didn’t mind because the pool was heated and so amazing to swim in and the hot tub was perfect! "This property was an absolute dream. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of. The location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins and the horses came right up to the house on more than one occasion! Even the beach driving was a fun experience that I already miss. "We enjoyed staying at KOA in Coinjock. The location is beautiful, the campground is nicely laid out, and our pet friendly cottage was clean and spacious! The only recommendation I would have is to call the campground to verify which amenities will be open and operational, and verify the pet fee. Our reservation said the pet fee would be $10/night, but we were charged $50. I think they should have honored our reservation, but the lady at the front desk said she couldn't do anything about it....

"Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. I'd give the house a 4.5 if i could, the one drawback was...
