"This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!"

We are athletic and the hill was a great workout, and we enjoyed that part of walking but not everyone could navigate this. The location is walkable distance wise, but it is on a very busy road without a sidewalk or space to walk that is not on the road.
