"Everything about this place was great! It is in a very good location with close proximity to colonial Williamsburg. Our one bedroom was spacious and even had two bathrooms. Price was also very reasonable. My only complaint is that I was expecting a drip coffee maker in the room based on the photos but it was actually a Kcup coffee maker. This isn’t that big of a deal but when I inquired about it and was told by the front desk that they would look into it however nobody ever followed up with me...

"Pet friendly, but remember a crate bc they don’t want pets on their furniture. Luckily they were nice enough and let me use some crates that they had. "

"The houseboat was exactly as described and met as well as exceeding my expectations. Very peaceful, overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable and I love every minute of our stay, just wish it had been longer. We met Capt. Ron on our last night. He is a very nice man and loved talking with him. I hope to return in the future. Barbara and Ben"
