"Just a perfect retreat for a group like ours with two kids and three adults. We especially enjoyed the firepit. The place was neat and clean and had exactly what we needed. Communication was a bit difficult, but that is entirely due to the difficulty of navigating the Vrbo app. The replies I got from the host were excellent."

"I love the mountain view, and the location. We enjoyed hiking the Bells Majestic view, toured Penn's Cave and enjoyed local restaurants. The house was clean and decor fit yhe cabin vibe.It was nice and cozy. I specifically enjoyed all the amenities. We had access to cups, plates and dishes ( we made sure to washed them before leaving).In the Bathroom we had everything we needed toiletries soaps etcs. "This really worked out well for us. While not dead-center in town, the neighborhood wasn't too far away (20 Uber) and among well-kept properties. Felt very safe. The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and despite being connected to the house was fully private. Megan was great, very communicative and helpful with some gameday tailgate parking tips."

"The kitchen is beautiful! Plenty of space to cook and the dishes were plentiful. The cookware is very nice! The kids loved the game room! But bring quarters as you will need them to play games! "The apartment met our needs. It was very cold when we got there, but we called and got an extra heater, which helped a lot. We planned to stay 6 nights, but only stayed 4 nights because of an ice storm. I think it would be a nice place for a weekend stay. Spacious for its footprint, tastefully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and close enough to downtown without the noise or the crowds! "This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift. The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. Then take another elevator to the 1st floor. Luckily the night security and night shift were customer service friendly enough to help. It is such a dissapointment from what it was. It was under renovation, and messes were left all over. Our first look had water seeping up from the floor ( we did get another one, not an upgrade, just another one) Our room was nice and new, but such a disappointment to what the hotel used to stand for. "
