"Its the cabin I've been searching for for years, Its very clean and the outside environment is very spacious. The outside bathroom was very clean. It does have solar powered lights but they dont last forever so bring lanterns, There is no running water so plan for that, There was evidence of mice so if that creeps you out then dont rent. Its very secluded so Animals are expected. Ive already rebooked. There was no coffee pot so i brought my own propane coffee pot because that porch was too...

"The owners were extremely accommodating with our booking deviations. Paul clearly communicated with us in advance of any surprises. The house is perfect for a large family and felt spacious. The multiple levels provided sanctuary when desired. Plenty of air conditioning was provided and welcomed in the summer heat."

"This cabin was perfect! We got in late but there are motion sensor lights outside and the inside was lit up as well. It was clean, stocked, comfortable and really made our trip even more enjoyable. Great place to stay!!"

"Amazing view from every floor! Comfortable and close to everything. We loved our stay here and will definitely return next year! "

"We had a wonderful stay with the most amazing views. Beautiful sunrise view each morning and direct access to the lake from a private dock. The host provided everything we could need for our stay. Very easy communication from the host. Overall, great stay with family."

"This is a perfect location on Seneca Lake. The proximity to wineries and also places to get things to eat are great. We’ve been here before and have returned and enjoyed it both times. The hot tub in the backyard is wonderful and the access to the lake is great."

"Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep."

"Jonny was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The property is peaceful and quaint with tremendous views of Seneca Lake! Perfect getaway for a couple, my wife and I will be returning in the future! Thanks Jonny for letting us use the Green Duck property. "

The Hotel Laurel at Seneca

"Had a lovely stay for a few nights at this hotel, the direct view over the lake was a gorgeous way to begin and end a day. Rooms were nice and clean, bathroom was super nice though the door in our unit was tough to close. A bar and restaurant was available at the hotel location, though we did not use it the option was nice to have. Only real con was the walls, which were quite thin, we could hear the conversations at the neighbors the night we had people next door. Otherwise it was a very, very nice stay."
