"The hand mixer didn't work, the filter in fridge needed changing, the iron didn't work and the ironing board wouldn't stay up. They didn't leave enough towels, 14 and we had 18 people. Other than that it was wonderful, very clean!"

"Well appointed amenities. Came back from hiking to find the power was out. Accidently called the emergency number not realizing it was for after hours, so I hung up before talking to someone. They called back, and advised power was scheduled to be restored in an hour or so. So, we went to dinner and bought firewood in case of no power. Returned after dinner and power was restored!
