"We’re recommended this hotel because it’s very close to The Holy Masjid Al-Haram and view from the hotel to Rawda, but we’re was disappointed about the hotel. The women receptionist are so rude and arrogant, acting like they doesn’t care about the guests. No welcome, informative about the hotel and ask for payment even we already showed the receipt. We didn’t have any cleaning and after 3 days, we’re calling the reception for clean towels and toilet paper. After waiting for 3 hours nothing happened so we have to walking too the reception and ask for help. The beds are hard and not comfortable as you expected for a 5 star hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast menu. Fresh juice and good buffet. Nice and smiling staff too check in for morning restaurant. This hotel need some shine up for this place."
