LOCATION: Ocean Block! It is steps from the famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and Beach. The area does not get any better—it is tucked back in S. Rehoboth. You are still within walking distance of all Rehoboth has to offer but far enough away from the noise and business of downtown.
PARKING: Private driveway for four vehicles.
AMENITIES: The property has a gas grill, a rear patio with a picnic table, a screened-in porch, a rear sunroom, an outdoor shower, ceiling fans, and beach equipment.
THINGS TO KNOW: One dog is permitted under 30 lbs with a pet fee. Linens are not included. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Streaming services only- no CATV.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
