"The breakfast was terrible. Noisy second floor soccer team. Tried to call desk to report and room phone was broken. Went to the desk and was told it would be taken care of. Loud noise continued for two nights after multiple complaints. We will not return. "

When I arrived there was a gentleman who had a problem with his tv and had to be given another room. I brought food with me and put it in the fridge only to find out the fridge did not work and the food went bad, They told me no one was available to fix the fridge. "The steel door showed signs of forced entry. There was a round puncture several inches in diameter and more than an inch deep, as if from a police (hopefully) battering ram. The interior of the door frame had evidence of being knocked in, as well. The interior moulding of the door frame was screwed back together in several places. "Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs"

"There what looked like makeup splatter on a mirror. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Nothing but a tiny ass bar of soap to clean with. The tv didn’t work. Staff was super quiet and first impressions wasn’t pleasant. Real worry for bedbugs with how poorly this place is handled. Won’t be staying there ever again, and I’m used to roach motels. This one sucked."
