"Process from booking to check-in was easy. The managers at both check-in and check-out were attentive and helpful. There were some patrons outside that were a little loud when we first got there, but we were able to sleep well. Everything was clean and air conditioning was cool. Nearby restaurants made our morning easy to get back on the road. "

"The room was clean, big with lots of storage, big fridge and Netflix🙌. Great for a traveling family of 5. Only critique is the beds were not even or firm; I have a bad back, so rarely do I find a good one. However, the sheets were atypically very nice. Would definitely stay again. Ebony at the front dedk was super nice too! "

"The stay at Drury Plaza was ok. The rooms were clean and spacious. No complaints there.
But the breakfast buffet was very bad and uninspiring. There were, apart from apples and bananas, no fresh vegetables nor fruit. The bomuld eggs were clearly not freshly cooked at the hotel, but from a bucket/jar.
I would suggest going for a bit more ingredients - and just fresh food. Not all that processed food.
We did not try the evening buffet for this reason."

"Love the aesthetics of this place. Feels like a historical property as it is. Elevators can barely fit three people but you can only do so much working within the restrictions of a historical site. Staff was top notch. Cozy room, clean and comfy accommodations at a decent price. Would stay again if I go back to Richmond. "
