The one gentlemen who checked us and out - who sadly I don’t remember his name - listened to our challenges due to my wife’s medical condition and did so much for us. He changed our room to one that was better, he helped us on check out day in too many ways to list. We could not express how impactful his kindness, care and empathy was during a very hard time for us. Uniquely wonderful...

The pool facilities were nice, as was the gym and the parking lot was massive. Plenty of spots with a lot of convenient restaurants and stores in the area. "

"What was unique? About the property there were no one standing around begging for money cigarettes it was wonderful to come back and not see that and what was great about my stay. The housekeepers are wonderful and they’re always on time. I love it."

The breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and the condiments. Cranberry, apple, and orange juice as well as lemonade. Milk, coffee, tea. The breakfast was very good. The dining area was clean, comfortable, plenty of seats, and you could watch tv during your meal. "

"We had a small issue checking in. First room the door would not lock; second room had not be cleaned and no sheets on bed; third room was a hit. At night the room across the hall from us partied in the hall until 1:30. But I did not make a complaint because I did not want to cause any problems. Perhaps set some kind of noise signage to discourage that behavior. "

But the breakfast buffet was very bad and uninspiring. There were, apart from apples and bananas, no fresh vegetables nor fruit. The bomuld eggs were clearly not freshly cooked at the hotel, but from a bucket/jar.
I would suggest going for a bit more ingredients - and just fresh food. Not all that processed food.
We did not try the evening buffet for this reason."
