"I would not recommend this property. Needs to be cleaned and the house had an unpleasant smell. Definitely overpriced for what we got. This place has potential but definitely not there yet. Huge yard for kids and pets. This was definitely disappointing. Also having to pay a steep deposit made me uneasy and though might be a scam. We did get our refund back and host was pleasant to deal with. For the price listed we expected a higher standard of cleanliness. We did have a great time and location...

"Great, spacious place for our family get away. Desk/workspace upstairs for working or kids homework and online classes. Close to all the main attractions and beach -we could walk everywhere from here. Host was available with a quick answer for any questions. House had everything we needed to be comfortable, just like home. Definitely would stay here again"

"I stayed here with some friends and family while we were travelling through Sylvan; 11 of us in total. The place was beautiful and clean! There was plenty of space for us all to park. The host was friendly and easy to reach in case of anything. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend!"

"Ideal location, very clean and great layout allows for larger groups to gather and celebrate. Family friendly, lots of bathrooms, functional and modern kitchen. There is no more central location than this, and Parking is not an issue. Highly recommended!!"

"There was alot of spiders throughout the house and all over the ceiling. There was no cushioning on the outdoor chairs. The barbeque has very dirty. As we were cooking dinner the power went out and we had to use the barbeque and it affected our dinner. We called the owner,and the property manager came and reset the breaker in the garage.He threatened to call the police after we confronted him about all the problems after our stay."
