"A great stay everything was good and everyone was nice."

"Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator. We did help a couple of guests...

"Great customer service and a great area"

"Everything was good but the shower curtain rod was broken so water was splashing out of the shower."

"Staff was amazing was quite outdated breakfast so very very very late… when was sketchy dirty old…. Tried to talk to yourself and prior to my actual checking time prior to going to carowinds there was a note on the counter that was available. But I tried to call there was no answer. Night registration clerk kind and helpful… the next morning at discharge, that front desk girl was also very kind and helpful… Maid was kind… Facility desperately needs updating…."

"I love everything about the hotel. The kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. It feels home."
