"We did not like that the pool was closed our entire stay. We also did not like someone in the parking lot playing extremely loud music, from their SUV. We called the front desk to lodge a complaint and in just 5min. the music stopped."

"My stay was amazing- the staff were engaging, and anyone you spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and their continental breakfast was always on time and full of verity. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended two days then had to come back for a personal matter and they were willing to schedule and confirm me for the following week. It alll stems from General Manger that was involved, and present which resonated with staff. It was a great experience...

"Very clean, spacious room. Comfy beds. Yes, as others stated, the pillows are small/square, but you get 4 per bed, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We were only there one night, but the area seemed very nice w lots of restaurant options. Close to Carowinds. Would stay here again. "

"Are flight was cancelled, and I quickly booked this Hotel and man I wish it stayed here the whole week! This is a brand new hotel in the most wonderful of spots in Charlotte. Highly recommend! Coming back here again! Southern Pecan is a MUST for Brunch!"
