The outside was clean, there is a brand new fence surrounding to entire property, and the parking sport is conveniently located to the unit. "My family and I was there for son's graduation from FAMU. It was so convenient to school and shopping. Had pizza delivered after 11pm in less than 20 min. It's December so it was a challenge getting the empty house warmed up. We used the oven and small space heater things became comfortable. Overall good time.BTW"
