The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, amazing balconies and spectacular views of the pool and ocean and we saw lots of whales. The staff - Isabella, Deyanira, Paul and the housekeeping staff were so friendly and professional. The gate staff were obliging and Audel had some great tips about getting the bus to Sayulita when 3 Ubers cancelled on us. It was a perfect vacation- gracias a todos.

Apartment was great! Pool was big and clean. View was a little unfortunate with a new building going up. Was great to still have access to the beach and be so close to town. Felt very safe as well. There were more little kids than I am used to in the area.

Excellent location and beautiful scenery

Excellent condo with room for 4. My husband, myself, and our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed 5 days at this amazing condo. My favorite thing is the view and the collapsible doors. The location is perfect with easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, the beach. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful, clean and great location

The condo is lovely and very well appointed. The cleaning staff is excellent. We didn’t really use the concierge service as we booked our own activities. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Condo

There’s nothing to complain about, the condo has a lovely view, the rooms were well appointed and the concierge helped us book everything we needed. We even had Netflix and Amazon movies to watch. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice condo

The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The property is managed by the company - Concierge at the Bay & all communications go through them. We did have a few issues. There was no hot water anywhere in the condo when we arrived. We notified the concierge and they got that fixed. Then we had an issue with a leaking A/C unit in the master bedroom, it dripped water into a storage closet where the owner kept some clothes and other things. They did an initial fix but it was again leaking by the next day. So they moved everything out of the storage and made a more extensive repair that took several hours to complete. Unfortunately, we weren't done because several days later a different A/C unit started leaking water in another room onto the floor. We always notified the concierge, turned the unit off, and would put a towel down on the floor. This leak never got fixed while we were there. Sometimes the communication level wasn't the best or things wouldnt happen the way it was supposed to. When we were nearing the day to leave we asked if we could do a late checkout and stay for 2 extra hours. Our concierge checked and came back to us saying we could stay "no problem" because there was nobody coming in to stay. We also told the maid who was fine with it. The day before we left we received 2 different emails that it was not possible to do a late checkout under any circumstances, and if we didnt leave before the checkout time it would cost us $1000 USD. Wow..

Great family vacation

We had the best time! Amazing apartment, very clean and with absolutely everything you may need. Great location, Close to shops and restaurants, everything walking distance. Easy access to the beach. Alejandro and Abraham were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Same as the guards. Thank you so much! We spent an awesome week here.

Great Place

Lovely condo with a great view! We loved getting up and watching the surfers from the balcony. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs/umbrellas, everything you need for a great vacation!

We lucked out with the best overall weather ever, since this is probably our 12 time here in Punta MITA 6 of them here at this condo. Having Abraham as our host just puts the cherry on top.Thanks for the use of your condo we treat it like it’s ours.

Better than the photos. Wonderful stay in great location.

We stayed for a week with two very young kids. Location was superb, easy to walk to restaurants, market and beach directly in front. Better beaches were a short drive away. Our hot water heater went out and it took two days to fix, which was a bummer. Other than that the condo is beautiful, kitchen fully stocked with quality items and it was a wonderful stay!

Clean, spacious place with great pool

We stayed at the Faro de Mita with our parents and our two small children ages 2 and 5. The condo was immaculate and well laid out. Lots of space for relaxing and had a beautiful, large balcony setup for both dining and relaxing. The pool at the site is beautiful with a waterfall feature going into a shallow kids pool. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby though, they are quite expensive (cheaper as you steer away from the main area). The beach is a 2 minute walk from the condo however it is quite Rocky and not great for kids. There were a number of people out surfing though but we did not get the chance to get out! we did take a boat ride out to Marietas island and saw a number of humpback whales (we spotted some from our balcony as well!) We also went up to Sayulita on two occasions which is a short 30 minute drive north. Fun, touristy but worth going! Overall, the town is quiet but beautiful and the rental property was great for our family. Would recommend.

Beautiful place

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and modern condo. Kids loved the pool, beach was a short and easy walk down the path. Restaurants were also conveniently down the hill. I loved that we could walk everywhere. Groceries easy to come by too down the street. Loved the patio ocean views. Can’t think of anything else we’d ask for. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay at Foro de Mita. The unit was spacious and the balcony had decent views of the ocean surf. We did experience a lot of family’s with infants and based on all balcony’s facing the pool we heard your typical infant noise. Outside of that there was easy access to beaches and restaurants. I would not rent a car as the rates are good but the insurance is a scam. Way expensive. Some of the police are also corrupt and pull you over and ticket you when you are following the law. They take your license and tell you that you need to go to the station to pickup and pay fine. That didn’t work so he accepted a 3000 peso bribe which is agsinst the law. Way to welcome us to Punta Mita Carlos if that is even your name.

Excellent condo

We loved staying at Faro de Mita 207. The condo is beautiful and so well stocked you could probably stay there for a month and not need anything. Our concierge, Alan, was very helpful throughout our entire stay. The pool is beautiful and relaxing with absolutely excellent lounges and umbrellas. The water was VERY warm BUT we were there in June so not unexpected. There are a lot of restaurants very close with a wide range in prices (especially for the coast). If you're looking for crashing surf and sandy beaches this may not be for you because it's located on the "bay" side of the point. Not being "beach" people it was perfect for us. I would rate it a 5 star plus!!
