  • The apartment features a Master Bedroom suite with beautiful outdoor terrace view, private in room jacuzzi and full bathroom. A second suite with two queen beds, in room private jacuzzi, full bathroom and kitchenette. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, air conditioning in all rooms, cable TV, fast wifi. All of this while having our guest's favorite: It's own terrace with private pool.

    The apartment is located on the Punta Palmera Complex, next to the marina set within the beautiful, secure grounds of Cap Cana. The boutiques and restaurants in the marina are just 200 yards away. Also a few steps from the complex is the trendy Api Beach Restaurant featuring exquisite international food and events including live music, all right in front of the beach!

Amazing and perfect location. Rented a car and underground parking was easy. Having a personal pool is key because the building’s pool is strictly closed at 7pm. Will visit again.

Paradise!.. at a price though…

Beautiful location! But there are some areas that need some serious TLC.. upon entering Capa Cana, you notice the level of luxury you see in movies. The area is landscaped to perfection, the community feels safe. The area we stayed is called Punta Palmera, across from the Marina. When I say TLC, I mean the level of maintenance; a lot of the ammenities were closed of.. there is a lounge area where it appears to have. A bar but it’s all dusty and closed off.. the gym, also looks like it hasn’t been maintained and it was closed off.. the picturesque view of the teal ocean is blurred by the lack of building maintenance.. a lot of broken sheet rock ceilings in the lobby.. as for the unit we stayed at: my two son’s had an immediate reaction to something in their room.. we found some mold in the corners of the bathroom.. so we had to air it out completely before cranking back the A/C on .. the soaking pool.. or picuzzi as they called it was not working .. and it had dead leaves and dirt debris in the pool so clearly not maintained.. but the walk to the beach and pool is really close. We had no hot water the first night.. and then our relaxation was interrupted due to staff members needing to work on the hot water heater..most rentals (others we stayed at) provided safe drinking water dispensers and additional 5 gallon bottles.. we had to contact the rental company to provide us with water.. it took them all day to get it to us.. for the price.. I expected more from them.
