Seasonal Travel Tip: Like most of the Caribbean the east coast of Bavaro experiences its natural warm water sargassum(seaweed)season approximately from June to September, but our guests have the perfect option in Playa Macao! Just about 15 minutes drive from the community, it offers a pristine, seaweed-free escape with crystal clear turquoise waters. gorgeous, golden-sand and authentic beachside dining!

Also, our neighborhood is growing! As part of the area's exciting development, there may be construction nearby during daytime work hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday until 4:00 PM).

If you're planning to spend your days exploring the area, you're unlikely to notice it. For guests who may be relaxing at the property during the day, we'd like to be transparent that occasional construction noise is possible.
