No Parties or Events: Parties, loud gatherings, or filming are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Visitors must be declared in advance and registered at the gate.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum 6 guests allowed.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any area of the apartment.

Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, ACs, and appliances when leaving the unit.
Towels & Linens: Any stained or damaged items may incur a replacement fee.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged.
Building & Community Rules: Guests must comply with all Blue Palms I and Ciudad Las Canas residential regulations, including pool and parking rules.

Lost Keys / Access Cards: A US$50 fee each applies for lost or unreturned items.
