The Bibijagua area is known for its colorful Plaza Artesanal that sells typical Dominican products such as clothing, handicrafts, typical drinks, and cigars. On the beach promenade a few minutes away you can find restaurants, bars and companies that offer catamaran excursions, yachts, among other activities and day and night leisure offers. No more than 1.8 kilometers away you will find the Lama supermarket, Texaco Gas Station, with a 24-hour pharmacy. We have a supermarket and pharmacy with home delivery.



Our Retiro Bavaro residential complex is very accessible to arrive by public transport, taxi and/or car, we are located in the area of the Barceló Hotels and the bus station of the Palma Real and Villas Bavaro shopping center. We can recommend local taxi companies as well as grocery delivery, pharmacy and other services.

If you need transfer to and from the airport, we offer a preferential rate.

The Energy system is prepaid, the average cost is 20 Dominican Pesos per KW, we can help you with the recharges to make it more comfortable for you, you can pay in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add US$7.00 transaction bank to the initial amount when paying through Airbnb).

- We charge a security deposit of US$250 to cover possible damage to the property, it must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure after verifying that there is no damage to the property.
