"We very much enjoyed our stay and the magnificent weather in April allowed us to make the most of the outdoor deck/patio and the incredible view. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it should be noted that it is not for tall people (over 5'10) there are many ceilings/beams that are very low. It is a charming beach cottage but the floors are very uneven I am sure due to the age. Clean as a whistle though"

"First impressions, beautiful…the grounds, 200’ tall cedars, an enormous variety of plants and ground-cover and a perfect beach for combing and watching the sunset. The Suite isn’t “on” the water, you can see it through the windows and it’s only a few steps around the side of the house. All in all great place. "

"Really nice cottage. Great location. Quiet. Langley is fun. Would go go back, but: I booked with VRBO, then got handed off to Vacasa as the property manager. Way more hoops to go through than any other VRBO booking I've done. They were responsive, but demanding. Maybe good for the owner, a pain for me. Next time I book with VRBO and get handed to Vacasa I will cancel. The cottage is really nice. "

"This little cottage was perfect!! Everything was very clean and well-appointed. We loved the layout of the home and the beautiful view from the main room and the deck. The little area in back was just perfect to relieve my dog if we weren't headed out somewhere. The people, coffee, and bakery at The Commons were fantastic. "The online check-in worked very well, and the house was great and very clean. Unfortunately we had a problem with electricity to the kitchentte including the refrigerator. We wrote to Vince about it on the first evening. He answered very quickly and contacted maintainance and promissed it would be fixed asap, but it never Got to work, and we did not hear from him the following the days, which was a bit odd. Apart from that we liked our stay in the lovely house and the quiet neighborhood. "
