"Great location, near everything. Room just needs a little love. Some paint peeling, cabinets don’t close all the way, some rust on the fridge, bed kind of slides, slow wifi, and the shower wets everything. Great AC though! Friendly host. Good for the price."

"I did love staying here, cons and pros below if you are interested! Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! Be very careful in the bathroom as the water from the shower will get everywhere...

"We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience. Everything we needed was conveniently close by, and getting around was easy with Uber. Isla Verde beach...
