"The view is astounding, the resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was gorgeous with great amenities like a mini fridge, quality hair dryer and a tub! We enjoyed the room service. Most of the food was excellent. The cocktails and beer prices are a little steep. Loved the pools and the beach! Overall, a great stay."

"The shower pressure was terrible we rarely had hot water we got lucky if we did and the. Restaurant on the hotel property was only open from Thursday to Sunday I believe and I unfortunately didn’t stay on those days so I had to leave the resort everyday to eat. Other than that it’s beautiful the AC felt great staff was great ! If water pressure isn’t a problem for yu definitely boook"

"It was not the typical hotel/resort experience but the location, the coziness, the service and the atmosphere was amazing. Very clean room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Internet in the room was good. Is a calm place so if you’re looking for parties, loud music all the time then this is not the place for you. Beach only a few steps away. Beautiful scenery. "My friends and I stayed at the Sheraton in San Juan this weekend, and we had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a ball and created unforgettable memories. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!"
