"The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. "

"This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did...

"Our stay at Casa Escosa was just as we imagined it! This is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed in. Elder and Elda were wonderful, prompt, professional, and very attentive. The beds were comfortable. We have unfortunately stayed during a bit of a cold snap, and the pool is not heated, and so we were not able to use it as much as we wanted. Everything else was fabulous. "We enjoyed being able to stay with our large group of friends. The house is nice and big and provides plenty of space. The pool was fantastic! The private beach is beautiful. It would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach with them. The house was nice and clean and we had a wonderful time! "

"The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great ."
