"The A/C needs replaced it has black mold in it and makes the unit smell awful. The unit holds 5 people but yet there was only 2 clean towels in the bathroom. There is only 1 bathroom and no mirrors anywhere else. So getting 4 girls ready is a nightmare because of the only mirror being in the bathroom."

"The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used...

"Responsive to my pointless question, which was nice. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay, exactly as advertised. The carpet has some small staining and the AC sounds odd to start up and stop, but I could care less about those. Stains come with time and that’s fine. Loved the place. "

"We loved our stay at Kimberlee's studio. The apartment was clean spacious with plenty of room for our luggage. The lanai was perfect for sitting out in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying the bird sounds. Kimberlee and Malana were lovely hosts. We would definitely stay again. The pool area was relaxing and never crowded. We even had the hot tub to ourselves one night. We enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub and found the parking lot to be very convenient. "

"Everything was great except the bed is close to the windows and they have no curtains or drapes or covers to keep out the traffic lights. The light shine is very bright which makes it hard to sleep throughout."

"The place itself could be nice, but it was not very well cleaned, the interior is of the cheapest kind and some of it old. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the condo and resort. Condo was exactly as described. Communication from the time we booked to our checkout was very prompt. We especially liked the lenai. Our next trip to Kauai, we will stay here again."
