"Very nice stay clean rooms nice environment "

"The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. Enjoyed the free mini golf course and free pier access. Seemed like at less half the days there was an elevator out of service for an hour or two so sometimes we had to walk around to alternating...

"Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip"

"This is definitely a seasonal hotel as they don't have an indoor pool. Although the outdoor pool is heated, we were still cold getting out of the pool going to our room. The staff was excellent and very helpful. However like most cleaning staff at any hotel, they don't pay attention to detail as they are trying to turn over rooms quickly. Our ironing board was visibly broken as it only had one leg. And both hair dryers were not available for use; one was broken and one had additional items in...

"When we arrived, they told us the pool was closed for the day. Did not give a reason. They had a leak somewhere, which is understandable so we had no water for the first two hours. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen, stunk like marijuana and the bathtub was literally peeling although it was very last minute due to a plane delay, and I only paid $100. It was definitely a place. I would never stay again."

"The condition of the room is unsatisfactory. The bed is worn out. The amenities provided are inadequate. "

"Beach view was a partial view. I thought it was a full view. :( room had no shower curtain or bath plug. Not enough blankets. I had to ask twice then was sent a maintenance man for the tub after 9:30pm and was trying to sleep. Room was noisy by the elevator. Not very nice when I asked for a 1:30 check out due to our flights. "
