"We very much enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. My 86 mother and I wanted to fish and this rental had easy access to a wonderful dock. Everything we needed was provided and more. The bedrooms are nice, 2 king beds a plus. The only missing upgrade would be in the bathroom in the front of the home. The shower is old and showerhead was way too short for anyone over 5’9. I did not go in the other bathroom so can’t speak to that one."

"The house itself was more than adequate for our purposes. The location was awesome. There was one big surprise. That was the attached back apartment. The three small children were precious and the mom was very nice. It’s just that this was not mentioned. We will certainly consider staying there again."

"My daughter had elective surgery coming from New York. We have close friends that live nearby in Dallas and the surgical facility was nearby as well which made the vrbo location ideal. Everything was very convenient, safe, and comfortable. I highly recommend it and will stay here again if I need to come back. Love the front porch chairs and breeze!"

"Three of us stayed in the cottage on the lake and had the best time relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet! We enjoyed sitting on the dock for coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening. The house is perfectly stocked with everything needed for a home away from home!!"

"Shelbie has thought of everything! Coffee and tea fixings, water bottles in the fridge, glasses chilling in the freezer for your beer. You can enjoy all of the above on on the back porch rocking chairs and enjoy the beautiful backyard view. Bathrooms were also well appointed and clean. The house is absolutely adorable. Great for a girls weekend. Location was perfect- just as advertised. I took Shelbie’s Granbury walking tour and learned all about the town’s history! Cannot say enough....

"The location of this house is great. It is close enough to the interstate to access major roads quickly but also far enough from the interstate that it sits on a quiet street. The house is quaint and simple with comfortable beds. It was a great homebase for exploring Dallas."

"We stayed here for a week and it was a great experience. From checking in, to room service, bartenders and entertainment team all of them made our stay memorable. Good food at the restaurants but main buffet could of been better. Just not much of Mexican food options. I would definitely go back."

"Incredibly friendly staff. Love the on site restaurant. Free parking is a plus! Only complaint is that I am on a work trip and wifi is terrible. "

"Fine place to stay close to the airport. But don't expect to be able to walk anywhere from the hotel. There are things close by but it is not possible to walk anywhere - there are no sidewalks and even if you risk walking on the road you won't get far as the roads end in bridges or hight differences in the terrain where you cannot walk or cross. There are free shuttle bus ever 20 minutes though."
