"Our stay at the Victorian Cottage was absolutely delightful! The cottage perfectly blends vintage charm with modern comforts — the working antique stove and claw-foot tub made us feel like we stepped back in time, but we still had all the conveniences of home like air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and fast WiFi. "This cottage was just the cutest! The hosts left a nice handwritten note. It was the perfect mini vacation that felt secluded enough but also going to Waco was not a long drive at all from the cottage. I think the best part was seeing the sheep!"

"The place is across from the SMU football stadium and a short walk to most of the campus. On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states. The host was friendly, welcoming and easy to reach as needed. Thank you!"
