"My best friend and I loved staying at the modern downtown condo. It was clean, cozy with games and snacks for us. The owners communicated excellent. The beds were very comfortable and clean and they had sound machines in each room which I appreciated. The home was quiet and easy to navigate. We did a lot of walking to the local shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed here for Dreamhack and the apartment was great. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very easy walk to the convention center and we would happily stay here again when we come back for anything at the convention center. "

It was very clean, unique, well-appointed, and situated in a perfect location within walking distance of several downtown Waco sights including restaurants, shops, and the Magnolia Silos. The property manager was personable and very quick to respond to any messages. Thank you for a great stay!"

"had to come to town for business, and it was a comfortable place to stay. Host was very quick to respond to any concerns. Only bump we had is you need to know is back of the unit is facing the parking lot, and front is actually on the other side of the building. was confused at first when couldn't find a combination lock. lol! but host was quick to direct and we were good. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this modern downtown condo during our daughter’s Baylor orientation. The space was stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, making our trip truly enjoyable. The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and incredibly understanding when we had to leave unexpectedly due to a family loss. They told us not to worry about a thing, which meant the world during such a difficult time. We’re so grateful for their compassion and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting...
