The Grand Mark - 👍
Vi boede en familie på en junior suite som var det perfekte vælg for os. Seperat voksen værelse, lækkert badeværelse, tekøkken og 2 stk. opredninger med lille tekøkken. Beliggenhed kan næsten ikke være bedre, vi lånte gratis cykler 2 udad 4 dage. Radius bliver væsentlig større og ok cykler. Morgenmad med “alt” lade bunden for dagens oplevelser rundt i hele fantastiske Prag. En klar anbefaling for en aktiv familie som vil se og opleve Prag med et luksus udgangspunkt.

Fantastisk hotel
Fantastisk hotel i centrum af Prag. Virkeligt venligt personale overalt. Vi havde booket et værelse, det var så stort og flot. Rigtigt dejligt badeværelse, med stort badekar og bruser. Vi nød den dejlige morgenmad, i haven udenfor. Hotellet ligger i perfekt afstand til alle oplevelser i byen. God seng at sove i, og ikke larm fra vejen. Det er klart et hotel der kan anbefales 👍

Location is amazing for seeing the sights, shopping, restaurants. Hotel is quiet. Staff is fantastic, especially the Porter Bilal. Front desk terrific. Olga the concierge also very helpful. Garden restaurant great for lunch or drinks.

Perfect hotel!
The hotel is perfect! Located in the middle of the city center. The stuff is very helpful and we were upgraded for a very nice room. The only problem was that the heating system didn't operate well and the bath was too high and a bit complicated to enter in.

Unfortunately we were not informed ahead of our arrival that the pool and spa were closed on the two days we were staying at the property. We were offered to use the facilities of another hotel 1/4 mile away but that simply dies not cut it. If we had been told beforehand we probably would have gone elsewhere.

Sanitation is an annualy obligatory practice and is essential to keep up with hygiene standards. I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and as it seemed to be in a good location and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions Definitely chose the right one, hotel itself was lovely and our suite with a large balcony was fantastic, and very big Prague is a beautiful city and staying here & being so close to everything was a bonus as we walked to everything.

Beautiful hotel with good vibes

I wish we could have more rooms to give you upgrade. Unfortunately we were fully booked and the upgrade was not possible. The upgrade is a subject of availability. We give opportunity to chambermaids from Ukraine to work here and as you found out they do not speak english well. But there is always a receptionist, bellboys, concierge or other emloyees to help.
