As a warm welcome, you’ll find a small breakfast starter pack with coffee capsules, tea, milk, juice, toast bread, Nutella, jam, honey, and cereals – perfect for your first morning before exploring the local cafés and bakeries in Vršovice.

Stylish bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Provided are hotel-quality towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner), a washer-dryer, and a separate toilet for extra comfort.

Located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful historical building (no elevator), this home offers privacy, calm, and a real Prague experience — just steps from Krymská Street, famous for its cafés, bakeries, and creative vibe.
Tram stops Čechovo náměstí and Bohemians are a short walk away, connecting you to the city center in 15–20 minutes.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself — including both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, and balcony. Enjoy full privacy and the comfort of a home equipped for both short and long stays. Access is simple via a smart lock — no need to meet anyone in person, and check-in is available anytime after 3 PM. If you need any help, we’re just one message away.

Located in the heart of Vršovice, one of Prague’s most vibrant and artistic districts. Just a short walk from Krymská Street – famous for its cafés, concept stores and nightlife – you’ll experience the real local vibe of Prague.

Take a morning stroll through Gröbovka Park, admire its Art Nouveau architecture and enjoy a glass of wine in the historic vineyard. For dinner, try Jam & Co or Café Sladkovský, both within 15 minutes’ walk.

This area combines the charm of old Prague with creative energy and excellent transport connections to the city center.

The nearest tram stop is Čechovo náměstí, just 2 minutes away. Trams will take you to the city center or Wenceslas Square in 15–20 minutes. The neighborhood is also very walkable, with cafés, shops and parks nearby.

1. Smart check-in
You can arrive anytime after 3 PM using your personal entry code. Details will be sent to you before your arrival.

2. Guest registration & city tax
As required by Czech law, all guests must complete a short online registration and pay a city tax of CZK 50 (≈ €2) per person per night before check-in.

3. Building details
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a charming historical building without an elevator. The stairs are wide and easy to climb.

4. Parking
No private parking is available. For multi-day stays, we strongly recommend nearby public car parks (at Petrohradska or Sportovni streets) or the secure Eden Shopping Center garage. Public street parking (blue and purple zones) is strictly time-limited for visitors, except on weekends and public holidays when it is usually free.

5. Smoking
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Please use ashtrays and be considerate of neighbors.

6. Work-friendly setup
