Luxury apartment ParkView is located on Holeckova Street at number 11. It is 15 minutes by walking from Charles Bridge and by beautiful park Kinsky and Petrín.

Its surface is 80 m2, it has one bedroom, a separate bedroom/ living room with a comfortable convertible a bathroom and a fully equipped open kitchen corner. It is on a second floor without elevator. On the bedroom side windows are on the courtyard so it is very quiet. The living room enjoys beautiful views of the park, but you can hear the street below during rush hours. Of course the apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi (Over 130 Mbps download and upload through fiber optics connexion). Several monitors, two large working desks make it a favorite for digital nomads.

The neighborhood is safe and very nice, with the park, many specialty shops, and a mall within 5 minutes by walking.
All in all, it is a great base to discover the best of Prague!

Welcome and key handling will be ensured by the professional team of RENTeGO, but then you are at home- no more interactions unless you need assistance - which is available 24/7 for import and urgent questions related to the apartment.

The Neighborhood

It is in the center, minutes by walking from Old Town and touristic sights. There are plenty of delicacy shops around -it is actually the favourite quarter of french expats.

Getting around

As a tourist you can walk around everywhere. Public transportation (metro Andel, tram Ujezd) is about 5 minutes by walking away.

No smoking, not pets, no noise - this is not a party apartment. Floors are fragile, a lot of the design etc. is expensive so take this apartment only if you are ready to take good care...
Please note that because of its expensive furnishing, a 300 euros deposit will be taken in cash or from your card and refunded to you only after a careful check-out inventory in person.
