Upon entering this exclusive apartment, you are greeted by a long, bright hallway featuring built-in wardrobes crafted from natural wood, offering ample storage space while accentuating the uniqueness of the interior. The apartment's wooden flooring complements the overall wood-inspired design, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere.
At the beginning of the hallway on the left, there is a separate toilet equipped with a sink. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find a brand-new kitchen, completed in 2025 and designed in a modern style, boasting solid oak countertops and premium appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, kettle, and all other essentials needed for comfortable cooking and dining. On the way from the kitchen to the living room, there's a stylish dining table positioned beside a large window, offering exceptional views of the lush green courtyard.
The living room is spacious, airy, and features large glass surfaces providing stunning views into the green courtyard. Here you'll find an exceptionally large TV and all the amenities required for maximum comfort and entertainment. From the living room, you can access a generous loggia with comfortable seating, offering breathtaking views from the fifth floor—akin to a bird's-eye perspective.
At the end of the hallway, you'll find a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, washing machine, dryer, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror, and all other necessary amenities.
At the end of the hallway on the left, there are two exceptionally spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, providing pleasant privacy and comfort. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed that offers two more comfortable sleeping places.
On the ground floor (garage), you have your own covered parking space. Right next to the building’s entrance, there is a grocery store for everyday shopping, and the popular Pizzeria Kaskáda with excellent Italian cuisine is located directly within the building.
