The Space:

Our spacious and bright apartment is located on the ground floor in the popular Prague 2 neighbourhood. It is a great choice for families, groups of friends and anyone looking for plenty of space while staying within walking distance of Prague’s city centre.



The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable 180 × 200 cm king-size bed. The second bedroom also has a sleeping loft with two single beds, providing extra sleeping space. There is another sleeping loft with one single bed in the living area.



The apartment includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area connected to the living room, perfect for enjoying meals together.



One of the highlights of the apartment is our newly created game zone for both children and adults. It features an Xbox with Game Pass and two controllers, a gaming TV, foosball table, darts, a wide selection of board games and toys for children. It is a great place to relax, have fun together and enjoy an evening at home after exploring Prague.



There are two TVs in the apartment – one in the living room and another in one of the bedrooms.



The bathroom has a shower and washbasin, while the toilet is located separately and has its own small washbasin for extra convenience.



Guests also have access to a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron, ironing board and basic cleaning supplies, making the apartment especially convenient for longer stays.



The location is another major advantage. The apartment is situated in Prague 2, close to the Štěpánská tram stop, with excellent public transport connections throughout Prague, including the popular tram no. 22. Metro stations are also within easy reach. Wenceslas Square is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and the surrounding neighbourhood offers plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and everyday amenities.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which is private and just for them, including the private bathroom. Inside the apartment, you will also find a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Great Central Prague Location – Sights, Parks & Transport Nearby



The apartment is located in an excellent area of Prague 2, allowing you to explore much of the city centre easily on foot. Wenceslas Square is approximately a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés and easy access to Prague’s historic centre.



In the opposite direction, you can easily reach Charles Square (Karlovo náměstí), home to a pleasant park that is perfect for a short break, and continue towards the river and the heart of the New Town. Another nearby area worth exploring is Náměstí Míru and Vinohrady, known for the beautiful Church of St. Ludmila, green spaces and a great selection of restaurants, cafés and local spots.



Public transport connections are excellent, with tram stops and metro stations nearby, making it easy to reach all of Prague’s main attractions. Prague Main Railway Station and Florenc Bus Station are also easily accessible, which is especially convenient for guests arriving by train or bus.



You can enjoy staying close to the heart of Prague while still having parks, restaurants, cafés, shops and excellent transport connections right at your fingertips.



Getting Around:

Getting Around



Excellent public transport connections are one of the biggest advantages of this location. Štěpánská tram stop is just around the corner, offering quick and convenient connections across Prague.



Walk downhill towards Karlovo náměstí (Charles Square) to reach the metro on the yellow Line B. Head uphill to I. P. Pavlova for the red Line C. Wenceslas Square is around a 10-minute walk away, where you can also access the green Line A.



With trams and several metro lines within easy reach, getting around Prague is very simple and convenient.



For late-night journeys, we recommend using trusted ride-hailing services such as Uber or Bolt. We do not recommend hailing a taxi directly from the street; booking through an official app is usually the safer and more transparent option.

ARRIVAL FORM



After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link to our online check-in form. The first section contains a few basic questions about your arrival to help us prepare everything for your stay.



At the end, you will be redirected to a mandatory registration form. In accordance with local regulations, we are required to register all guests, collect the applicable city tax, and, for foreign guests, report their stay to the Czech Foreign Police, just like hotels and guesthouses.



When you open the link, Airbnb will display a notice that you are leaving its platform. This is a standard security message, and the link is completely safe to open.



CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT



Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.



If you would like an early check-in or a late check-out, please indicate your request in the arrival form. To confirm the exact time, contact us ONLY on the day before your arrival or departure. We usually know our cleaning schedule only at that point, once the reservations before and after your stay are confirmed.



We will always do our best to accommodate your request whenever operationally possible. However, we cannot guarantee an early check-in if previous guests are checking out at 10:00 AM and the apartment still needs to be cleaned and prepared.



A significantly earlier check-in can usually only be confirmed if the apartment is vacant before your arrival. We often know this only on the evening before your check-in.



LUGGAGE STORAGE



Before check-in or after check-out, you are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage storage room, located in a building on the next street.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS



Detailed arrival instructions are available directly in the Airbnb app. We do not send them separately via messages, as they include photos and step-by-step guidance.



Airbnb will make these instructions available 48 hours before your arrival.



QUIET HOURS



Please respect the building’s quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We kindly ask you to be considerate of the neighbors and to keep noise to a minimum, both inside the apartment and in the common areas.



If another resident or guest is disturbing the quiet hours, please let us know as soon as possible. We will immediately report the situation to the building management.
