Overordnet set et okay hotel. Det var varmt i Prag under vores ophold if””og ingen aircondition på værelset, hvilket betød at der var meget varmt. Vores værelse lå ud til befærdet vej. Det var meget støj fra sporvogne og biler. Personalet på hotellet var venlige og morgenmaden udemærket. Men vi kommer ikke til at vælge dette hotel igen

However, we try to advertise our hotels as they are and since we cannot offer them, you should not be able to find the air conditioner units offered on any of our websites. If you do decide to visit us again, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to offer you a different room, perhaps one facing away from the main street, which could be more to your liking. I am glad that your overall experience was a pleasant one and I sincerely hope we will be able to welcome you again.Happy Travels!

Great location
Great location, friendly staff, clean, great breakfast, spacious. Two of our beds were good, but other two were terrible. The hotel doesn’t have it’s own parking. You need to park on the streets, and it can be quite difficult to find a free parking spot. Still it cost 19 EUR a night.

The hotel was located near public transport and in walking distance to some of the tourist sights. The hotel was very good. The room was very spacious. There was a lot of different restaurants in the area.

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen - 4 pers. værelse!
Fin hotel til prisen - to voksne, to teenagere, meget centralt. Lidt presset med to opredninger, men det gik med lidt ommøblering på egen hånd. Flot og stort badeværelse, og god seng. 7-8 min, så er du ved Republik-pladsen / Palladium, og sporvogne lige ude foran hotellet. Bestemt et genbesæg værd!

Super hotel
Fint hotel, god beliggenhed og god morgenmad, man finder næppe bedre til prisen. Flinkt og hjælpsomt personale. Værelserne er pæne og rene. Dog må man forvente lidt støj fra sporvogne, da de kører lige forbi hotellet. Anbefaling herfra 👍

Rimelig central beliggenhed.
Hotellet ligger rimelig centralt. Der er dog lidt larm fra sporvognene udenfor. Værelset er stort og renligt. Husk at bestille parkering på forhånd, ellers skal man parkerer på en parkeringsplads 5 min i gåafstand derfra, som man også betaler for.

We try our best to avoid most of it via heavy curtains, or complimentary earplugs in all of our rooms. We understand this may be frustrating. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. It was an easy walk to the old town center. The tram line ran in front of the hotel, if needed. Our room was very warm so we opened our window to cool it down. There was a Lidl next to the hotel which was convenient

En général tout était bien, la dame a l’accueil était d’une gentillesse sans limite , les déjeuners sont bon et le personnel très gentil et propre, le seul bémol c’est le nettoyage des chambres même avec des pourboires au quotidien la douche n’a jamais été nettoyé pendant mon séjour de 2 semaines

2月下旬に利用しました。 チェックイン時には丁寧に対応いただき、わからなかったことにもしっかり説明いただけました。 部屋は狭かったですが清潔で、滞在に問題はなく必要なものは全て揃っていました。 朝食会場でもスタッフはフレンドリーで感じが良く、飲み物、食べ物共に一通り提供されていました。また同建物内にベーカリーがあり、ホテルから直通できます。 主要駅から近く、コストパフォーマンスはかなり良いと思います。 地図情報が間違っていたので、複数の地図で確認されることをお勧めします。

Leider war das Hotel etwas enttäuschend. 1. Bevor ich das Hotel gebucht habe, war es mir wichtig das der Parkplatz frei ist (und das wurde vom Hotel besprochen). Als ich angekommen bin, hat mir der junge Mann an der Rezeption gesagt, das sie keine Parkplätze haben, das ich mir irgendwo draußen einen Parkplatz suchen muss mit mindestens 20 Euro pro Tag (was in der Innenstadt sehr schwierig war). Es war nichts frei, auf meine Bitte um Hilfe kam keine Reaktion. Überhaupt einen Parkplatz zu finden hat eine Stunde gedauert. Warum schreibt man bei diesem Hotel, dass der Parkplatz dazugehört? 2. Ich habe es in der EU noch nie erlebt, dass man beim Einchecken zusätzliche Gebühren, sozusagen Steuern zahlen muss. (Warum informiert man seine Gäste nicht vorher?) 3. das Hotel ist schlecht schallisoliert. 4. Ein großes Lob an die sehr nette und fleißige Mitarbeiterin in der Küche und überhaupt Küchenservice, das ist der einzige Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank für das leckere Frühstück und die freundliche Bedienung.

Due to the hotel's central location, we have to rent parking spots from the town. As a result, we are unable to provide free parking. This information is clearly stated on all of our websites. When you book through the Expedia website, we clearly state the parking situation as follows: "Uncovered self-parking on site (EUR 20 per day), Limited on-site parking." Additionally, I tried to find any conversations our staff might have had prior to your arrival, but I have only found the pre-arrival email. The taxes that you mention in your review are a so-called city tax. This tax is mandated by the country, and every hotel in the Czech Republic has to collect this fee and send it to the corresponding municipality. The reason this fee cannot be included in the room price is that there are exceptions (such as children or disabled people) and because the hotel does not keep this tax. Other countries that impose a city tax include Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, and more. I do apologize for the lack of soundproofing in your room. This is an issue we will be diligently working on during our future reconstructions.Lastly, I would like to thank you for your kind words about our breakfast staff. We try our best to conserve and save water as we recognize the impact wasting water may have on the planet. Therefore we only change your bedsheets every two days if not requested otherwise. All this information is stated in your room and on our websites. I have spoken to the housekeeping team and they assured me yours was changed as well. However, I have asked them to be more mindful to avoid this happening in the future.
