Important Information

In accordance with Czech law, we are required to register all guests with the Foreign Police. Additionally, a city tax of CZK 50 per person per night will be collected upon arrival. Please note that children under 18 and Prague residents are exempt from this tax.

If you need a crib, please let us know in advance. The cost is 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day.

We can accommodate your pets for an additional fee of 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day.

Guest Access:

We remind you that check–in takes place from 15.00, and check-out until 10.00. Additional cleaning is available at an additional cost. We are open to any kind of cooperation. Including cooperation on the basis of barter, subletting your apartments (if you are the owner) and other types of advertising.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: On-site parking is available for guests at a rate of €15 per day.



City Tax: A mandatory city tax of CZK 50 per person per night is collected upon arrival. Children under 18 and residents of Prague are exempt.



Guest Registration: In accordance with Czech law, we are required to register all guests with the Foreign Police. After booking, please provide the first name, last name, year of birth, and country of arrival for each guest in your group.
