Amazing OLD TOWN one-bedroom apartment

Just 600 meters from Old Town Square, this contemporary home perfectly blends comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for your stay in the city. With its modern design and well-thought-out layout, you`ll feel at home the moment you step inside.

The apartment features a bedroom with a king-size bed and a window facing a quiet one-way street, equipped with blackout curtains for a restful night`s sleep.
The bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub for your comfort.
The living room, combined with a fully equipped kitchen, includes a sofa that can be prepared as a bed upon advance request (for reservations of three guests, it is always prepared as a bed). The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, a washing machine with a drying function, cutlery, and all essentials for your stay.
A TV is available for online streaming services (please note: no regular TV channels).

Located in one of Prague’s most vibrant neighborhoods, the apartment is surrounded by an array of restaurants, bars, and cafés—some conveniently located within the building itself. Enjoy a traditional Czech beer at the famous Lokál, sample fine wines at Bokovka, or indulge in a Michelin-starred dining experience at La Degustation or Field.
A five-minute walk will take you to the city`s largest downtown shopping mall, and excellent public transport connections—including a tram and bus stop just one minute away, and a metro station within five minutes—make it easy to explore all that Prague has to offer.

Dear guests,

We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration).
A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures.

If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies.

The entire listing is strictly non-smoking - including vaping and electronic cigarettes.

The sofa can be prepared as a second bed upon request in advance. For reservations with 3 guests, it is always prepared as a bed.

Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00/10pm until 7:00am.

Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.

A Special Place

We had a wonderful 11-day stay in Prague. The apartment met our expectations completely. Our contact at "Best In Prague" was responsive and helpful. The location was wonderful for us -- a short walk to all of the Old Town sights, and also close to trams and the Metro/subway. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in a great location

I’ve stayed in this building multiple times now because it’s a great location that’s close to a lot. The only thing that hit me here was the keypad in place of a key. It’s slower to use than a normal keyed deadbolt and put me in a “keyless” mindset that led to me forgetting the other key (a small fob) that’s needed to get through the first door. Luckily the owner is mostly quick to respond.
