The Space:

Updated and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, this apartment exudes unique charm while preserving the original features and woodwork from its older building.



The cozy and relaxed bedroom area is flooded with natural light from windows, featuring a comfortable mattress and fluffy pillows. Rainy days are ideal for cuddling up and watching movies on the wall-mounted smart TV, with WiFi available.



Portland boasts one of the best “Foodie” scenes in the country, but for nights when you prefer to dine in, the full kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher provides ample space to prepare a world-class meal. Plus, there’s a Whole Foods just a few blocks away.



After a day of walking, shopping, and eating, you’ll love coming home to the comfy queen-size bed.

The Neighborhood:

You're right off NE 28th Avenue - one of Portland's best restaurant rows - with Laurelhurst Park and its tree-lined residential streets just a few blocks south. It's a neighborhood where you can walk to a great dinner or grab world-class tortas.



Laurelhurst Market is the anchor - a steakhouse and in-house butcher shop that's been a longtime Portland favorite. Go for dinner (the butcher-cut steaks are outstanding) or stop by the counter during the day for house-cured sandwiches and charcuterie. Güero is our favorite torta spot in the city - try their tortas. Montelupo is a proper Italian market and restaurant with pasta and provisions.



For a casual night, Big's Chicken does Alabama-style fried chicken from the same team behind Laurelhurst Market - the smoked whole bird and fried mac & cheese bites are legit. Crema Coffee + Bakery is a short walk for morning coffee and some of the best house-baked pastries in Portland.

🚶 Walking — Laurelhurst is one of NE Portland's most walkable neighborhoods. A few blocks to NE 28th Avenue for restaurants, cafes, and shops, with Laurelhurst Park a short walk south.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 19 (Glisan/Canyon Rd) runs right past the property along NE Glisan, with connections to downtown and across the city.



🚲 Biking — Check current BIKETOWN bike-share locations and plan your route using Portland’s bike lanes.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is unreserved; read posted restrictions. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pickup times vary.



✈️ Airport — Allow for traffic when planning your trip to PDX.

We welcome pets! Our cleaning team deep cleans between every stay, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests



This is a compact rear apartment in a multi-unit building. Neighbor and equipment sounds can be audible, including water-heater noise early in the morning. The mini-splits in Apartments 4 and 5 share equipment and need to run in the same heating or cooling mode; backup wall heat is available.



There is no microwave.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
