The Space:

Our private and spacious two-bedroom home is perfect for fans of great food, craft beer, pour-over coffee, and Portlandia vibes. Situated in a historic building in the heart of the eclectic NE Mississippi/Alberta District, you'll be steps away from Portland's top-rated restaurants, bars, and vintage shops.



Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, this two-bedroom, one-bath duplex boasts unique charm, retaining many original features and woodwork from its century-old structure.



The cozy living room is bathed in natural light from new windows, providing a perfect spot to relax on the comfy couches. Rainy days are ideal for cuddling up and watching movies on the 50" LED flat-screen TVs. While we don't have cable, you'll have access to Netflix and blazing fast WiFi for streaming.



If you prefer to dine in, the fully equipped kitchens feature new appliances and spacious farmhouse-style tables, perfect for hosting your crew. Plus, a Whole Foods is just a few blocks away for all your grocery needs.



After a day of walking, shopping, and dining, you'll love coming home to the super comfy queen-size beds in each of the two bedrooms. Guests will have the entire space to themselves, with lockbox key code access, providing ease, convenience, and privacy for coming and going as you please. The lockbox code will be provided via email prior to your arrival.

Talk about location! This area is often referred to as Foodie Row. You are just a hop, skip, and a jump away from two of Portland's hottest streets, Alberta and MLK. The neighborhood is brimming with shops and restaurants where you can easily lose track of time. You’ll even find a unique coffee roaster inside a double-decker bus! If vintage shopping, lifestyle boutiques, and novelty gift shops are your thing, you’ll need a couple of days to explore everything this vibrant neighborhood has to offer.



Getting Around:

This prime location offers a variety of convenient transportation options to help you explore the city with ease. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with a walk score of 91, allowing you to enjoy a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options just a short stroll away. You'll find nearby cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and parks that capture the unique charm of Portland. Portland is renowned for its bike-friendly infrastructure, featuring numerous bike lanes and the BIKETOWN bike share program. With bike racks nearby, it's easy to explore the city on two wheels, and the flat terrain and scenic streets make biking particularly enjoyable.



TriMet, Portland’s public transit system, provides excellent options for getting around. The nearby #6 and #44 bus lines run close to NE Beech St, offering convenient access to downtown Portland and other key areas. Additionally, the proximity to the Portland Streetcar and MAX Light Rail stations provides efficient options for reaching different parts of the city.
