The Space:

Fully renovated for Summer 2023, this beautifully remodeled historic 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is in the heart of the Alphabet District on NW 23rd Ave, boasting a walk score of 99. Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, this space is truly unique in the area. Our driveway accommodates two vehicles, and the top floor balcony offers stunning views of NW 23rd Avenue!



Conveniently located near Alberta Arts, Historic Mississippi Ave, the Pearl, and Downtown PDX, you’ll have easy access to all the best parts of Portland.



Spanning 2000 sq ft, this spacious home features brand new floors, paint, bathrooms, and furniture. Equipped with both heat and AC, it includes four brand new queen beds with comfortable down comforters, duvets, and large pillows, one pullout queen sofa, and a queen aerobed for larger groups. Bedrooms have large closets, dressers for clothing storage, and luggage racks. Each nightstand has bedside lamps with USB ports for charging electronics.



The kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large table that seats eight for gatherings. It’s fully stocked with dishware, cooking utensils, and a single-serve coffee machine with coffee pods.



The living room is equipped with a Roku TV featuring Netflix and other channels for your entertainment. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. For your comfort, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels.



This home is perfect for business travelers, families, or weekend getaways. With 2000 sq ft, there’s plenty of room for the whole group! Explore nearby parks, the Columbia River Gorge, or dine at Portland’s famous restaurants.



We've added personal touches to make this place feel like home, including local books, board games, and an interactive map for guests to share their origins. It’s our way of showcasing this vibrant city. Thanks for considering our home, and we hope you’ll stay with us!

With its ornate Victorian houses and tree-lined streets, fashionable Nob Hill is a charming and established neighborhood. Known for its trendy shopping on 23rd Avenue, Nob Hill offers a unique blend of upscale boutiques and eclectic shops. The neighborhood boasts a thriving dining scene, featuring refined restaurants and laid-back eateries serving a variety of international cuisines. Cozy cafes add to the charm, pouring specialty coffee that attracts both locals and visitors alike. Nob Hill perfectly combines historic elegance with modern vibrancy, making it a must-visit destination in Portland.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — The Nob Hill / Alphabet District is one of Portland's most walkable neighborhoods. NW 23rd and NW 21st avenues are lined with restaurants, boutiques, cafes, and bars — all within a few minutes' walk.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 15 (Belmont/NW 23rd) runs along NW 23rd Avenue with frequent service every 15 minutes to downtown (~10 min).



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's extensive bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe throughout the city.



🚗 Driving — Street parking is available (read signs for time limits and meters). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 21 minutes by car or reachable via MAX Blue/Red Line from nearby Providence Park station.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: This is a private space with bars and restaurants nearby, so there may be some outside noise due to the high-traffic area. The driveway fits two vehicles; additional cars will need paid street parking. A short flight of stairs leads to the entrance, which may be a consideration for those with accessibility issues.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
