This condo is one of three in a building that dates back to 1898, a third-floor walk-up with a separate entrance that's accessible by stairs only (no elevator). The dormer windows fill the space with character and air conditioner in the living room ensure your comfort all year round. The kitchen is especially charming, offering blue cabinetry, a bistro table by the large window, and essential appliances that include a gas stove. There are two adult-size bikes that you can take out on the Eastern Promenade paths nearby, as well as free WiFi, a cable-equipped flatscreen TV, shared laundry facilities, and a lovely outdoor space just off the entrance to welcome you home.

This stately building is located on Morning Street in Portland, a tranquil, tree-lined road near the eastern tip of the city's peninsula. It's the perfect spot for exploring on foot (or on the two provided bikes), with Fort Allen Park, East End Beach, the Eastern Promenade, and walking and biking paths practically outside your door. The Old Port is less than a mile in the other direction, allowing you to walk easily to the island ferries, the theater, recreational outfitters, and some of the best restaurants in Portland.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
