The Space:

The main floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and one queen bedroom. Upstairs are one queen bedroom, one full-bed bedroom, and the home's only bathroom. The separate basement studio is not included and may be occupied by other guests; it has its own exterior entrance and no shared interior guest route.



Guest Access:

Guests have the three-bedroom main house and use a reservation-specific code on the front-porch Schlage smart lock. The property has exterior entry steps and an interior stair flight to the only bathroom. There is no driveway or off-street guest parking.



The Neighborhood:

Residential Northeast Portland location near the Alberta Arts and Williams-area restaurants and shops. This is a multi-listing building, so quiet hours and considerate use of outdoor areas matter.



Getting Around:

Walking, biking, transit, and rideshare are available in the area. If driving, use legal public street spaces under posted signs; spaces are not reserved or guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

The basement studio may be occupied separately. The main-house bathroom is upstairs, and the two wall-mounted mini-splits do not condition every bedroom equally. The hot tub is not a currently supported amenity.
