The neighborhood is home to some of the city’s best food, like Screen Door, Canard, Slow Haste coffee and Lucca, plus cozy coffee shops, bakeries, taprooms, and Whole Foods just a short stroll away.



Tree-lined streets make it ideal for walking, and nearby cultural venues like Revolution Hall and Laurelhurst Theater offer classic Portland experiences. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a family trip, or a work retreat, this location puts you at the center of it all.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — You're in Portland's Kerns neighborhood, with the NE 28th Avenue restaurant row plus nearby cafes, shops, and Whole Foods a short walk from 925 NE 23rd Ave.



🚌 Bus — Several TriMet lines run on nearby streets, including Line 19 (Glisan) and Line 20 (Burnside/Stark), with service to downtown Portland (~15 min). Check trimet.org for the best route.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations in the area. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car.

These townhouses share walls and the property is nestled near a freeway - while the new construction windows keep things relatively quiet inside, urban noises can be audible at any given time.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
