"Upon arrival of the property, the yard grass was tall and tree branches scattered throughout the front and backyard. The following morning, the owner decides to wake everyone up early in the morning by cutting the grass with the lawnmower. Then he decides after he’s done to walk inside with out knocking, saying he needs to check the ac thermostat, and then yells at my guests who were awake at the time complaining about setting the thermostat at a low temperature. "My husband and I stay at this property every time we are in Port Mansfield and we always enjoy it. We actually refer to it as our home away from home. The view is amazing and we love sitting on the back patio at the end of a long fishing day. The house is always clean and the owner is extremely courteous. We already have our next stay booked at this property in July!"

"Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen...

"Comfortable and convenient for a fishing trip in the Laguna. Small house, but spacious with all the necessities! Covered parking on a new concrete slab felt secure for boat and equipment. Easy water and electrical access for the boat. Wonderful remodeling inside, could use some clothes hooks/racks. No closets. I’ll be back!"

"HOUSE WAS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING, HOUSE WAS PERFECT. MY FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED THIS RELAXING WEEKEND. ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST MAYBE GET MORE LIGHTING ON THE PIER; WE TOOK OUR LIGHT BUT ACCIDENTLY DROPPED IT AND IT BROKE. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER.
