"Absolutely awful place unfortunately with really bad service. Almost everything was closed. The spa, restaurant etc. We booked this hotel for one night stay with our teenagers age 17 and 18. "The hotel has a nice central location. Overall the hotel seems a bit run down. It is a bit messy with chairs in the halls. "We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect."

"This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find!"
