Dear Anonymous, I was greatly saddened to hear that you were not happy with your two-night stay. I understand that you made your booking through the Expedia/Hotels.com pages where the photos and descriptions of the hotel's location are not always as accurate as our own website. We recommend travelers to take a few minutes to visit the Parco San Marco's own website before booking. Complete 3D plan of the Resort with all amenities and room descriptions, including images, video, 360° Photos and room sizes can be found there, so that nobody ever needs to wonder about the size of our Subtropical Park (35´000m2), Private Beach (3000m2), lush forest (200'000m2) or style of the room he is booking. We would always encourage our guests to voice any complaints while they are with us so that we can do everything possible to rectify the situation. We take the happiness and enjoyment of our guests very seriously and our excellent staff are always on-hand and checking regularly whether there are any issues. We're sorry that you didn't feel able to share your discontent with us throughout the duration of your stay - perhaps we could have had the opportunity to have addressed some of the points that you have raised in your review. In order to ensure that your expectations are met next time, we would highly suggest that you contact our reservation department who will be able to talk you through all the options. Jeg er glad for at du har lagt merke til våre fantastiske utendørsområder, komfortable rom og den fantastiske beliggenheten ved bredden av Luganosjøen. Det gleder meg også å høre at du satte pris på kvaliteten på frokosten som ble tilbudt under oppholdet ditt.Når det gjelder spørsmål om mobildekning og Wi-Fi-tilkobling, forstår vi hvor viktig det er å holde seg tilkoblet. Dessverre er vårt geografiske område ennå ikke dekket av bredbånd, og derfor kan tilkoblingen bli treg avhengig av antall brukere.Videre vil jeg også fremheve at vår strategiske beliggenhet gir enkel tilgang til ulike interessante destinasjoner. Vi er kun 20 minutter unna sentrum av Lugano og 15 minutter fra Menaggio ved Comosjøen. Dette gir muligheten til å nyte attraksjonene i begge steder fullt ut uten å lide under kostnader og trengsel.
