"Everything was great. The check in was hassle free, the staff were very polite and professional and the room, perfectly clean. I did have an issue with the heater not keeping the room warm, when I arrived, but the 2 staff who dealt with it, went out of their way to solve the issue. The Hotel is very conveniently situated and there is ample parking and no potholes, unlike a similar Hotel nearby. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. "Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent. "
