"This is a beautiful, well-maintained property with a great back patio. Property owners were instant in all replies and very congenial. The master bedroom noise from the adjacent highway was pretty noticeable but a white noise machine was provided. Restaurants, market, and coffee shop are all within walking distance; beach is a short 2-3 minutes away. Check-in/out were super easy. This was a very nice experience. Thanks for your hospitality!!"

She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. Kelly quickly answered questions that came up for us. And The Smith House is so charming, full of historical references and beautiful art, cozy areas in the home to enjoy. And the location...

But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!"
