"This is the second time saying at this wonderful house for a weekend of fishing anf enjoying the water. The house is lovely, spacious and clean. The dock is very nice and you have a great view of the river. Our host is always accommodating and communicates well. * Older or disabled individuals may have trouble with the slope of the front and back yard."

"The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of room for our truck, trailer, and could dock our 30' boat in water in the canal. The host was easy to communicate with and the property is pet friendly. There are no grassy areas on the property so that did take our dog a minute to find a spot, but overall it was a nice stay."

"this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. You couldn't pay me to use the "single serve" coffee pot, no glasses, no ice, the sheets were stained. This place was so over priced compared to other places we stayed. "Very clean. Pool heatpump was impressive, very nice warm pool, better to be here then back home with snow. Dog enjoyed back yard, entertained by a regular squirrel. Host was responsive and pleasure to deal with. Would stay again, beds very comfortable. This was our 3rd VRBO rental and we brought alot of kitchen tools which were not needed here.
