"Great place to stay! Our family of a 1 year old and 6 adults stayed at this Condo in Kihei for 5 days. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed- from beach gear to baby accommodations (high chair and pack n play). The beach is within walking distance. The parking stalls were compact size and a little tight for the suv we had but other than that everything met our expectations. "The condo was exactly as described and in a great location, we loved the grassy area right in front of the beach if we didn’t feel like sitting in the sand! Tim had all the essentials for us and was quick to respond if we had any questions- we would definitely stay here again in the future! "

"The unit was perfect even better than the photos! The pool and grounds were very nice. The other people in the condo buildings were pleasant. We went on some very pleasant excursions and enjoys various parts of the island. Close by were restaurants and food shopping. We plan on returning!"

"We were surprised how windy it was at this property - every afternoon winds were between 30 and 40 mph. Quite noisy, indeed. There was no way to get local Hawaiian stations on the bedroom TV. Those are literally the ONLY things that we found lacking. Everything else (especially the communication and help from Kristal) were terrific. This condo is well-equipped with beach provisions. "Enjoyed the spacious, comfortable, conveniently located unit for a week. Hawaii themed living room, ground floor location, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with king bed. The lanai was sizable with a table and chairs, and connected directly to the grounds. The central location makes access to the rest of the island convenient."
